ROI ( Region of Interest ) : Scan whole slide with low magnification(2x or 4x) first, then scan ROI with higher magnification. Small Digital slide Size(<10M), useful and convenient for pathology or educational applications (Motic only feature) 4.Multilayer Focus: Multilayer focus and amalgamation each tiled image.
