8 Traditions Extravaganza: A free music festival offered to students in the Spring quarter. Past artists include Drake, Sublime, Ludacris, and Run-DMC Tortilla Attack: During soccer games, it is tradition to throw tortillas on the field when the Gaucho’s score their first goal
