The Messiah was to be a political leader (Luke 4:5-8), make a grand entrance (Luke 4:9-12), Jesus would not perform miracles for Himself (4:1-4) “Whatever we heard was done at Capernaum, do here in your hometown as well.” Luke 4:23 Perform a sign for us, John 4:46-54; Luke 4:1-4
