8 CHFFA- Crisis Residential Grant Project Timeline February 28, 2015 – Received Butte County Board of Supervisor’s approval to purchase the identified facility and enter into escrow. March 13, 2015 – Approval received for project completion date extension to December 31 st, 2015. June 30, 2015 – Close escrow on the facility and relocate the existing Butte County Behavioral Health program that currently occupies the facility. August 30, 2015 – Completion of renovations on the facility September 1, 2015 – Program commences

9 CHFFA- Crisis Residential Grant Successes Site acquired Challenges Project delayed due to issues while acquiring site Request for Proposal (RFP)
