Write 24 as a percentage of 32 24 as a fraction of 32 = 24 as a decimal of 32 = 24 32 = 0.75 24 as a percentage of 32 = 0.75 100 = 75%

Percentages % Example 2: Tarn scores 75 out of 125 in an English test. What is her percentage mark? Step 1: Tarn’s mark as a fraction = Step 2: Tarn’s mark as a decimal = 75 125 = 0.6 Step 3: Tarn’s mark as a percentage = 0.6 100 = 60%
