3 Main menu Creating a menu item 1.Right click «Main menu» in the sub structure, click «Create» 2.Enter the name of the menu item as you want it to appear on the site Can be edited by: Site manager Main structure: Content Sub structure: handicare.* > Settings > Main menu NOT READY

4 Utility bar Creating a menu item in Main menu 1.Right click «Main menu» in the sub structure, click «Create» 2.Enter the name of the menu item as you want it to appear on the site 3.Click «Create» 4.In the area «Content», click «Choose…». A picker will appear 5.In the picker, choose which page you want the menu item to link to 6.Click Save & Publish Options: Set a date on which you wish the menu item to appear or disappear Use «Save» to save but not publish Use «Preview» to see the item before publishing it Can be edited by: Site manager Main structure: Content Sub structure: handicare.* > Settings > Main menu

5 Global product menu Can be edited by: Site manager Main structure: Content Sub structure: handicare.* > Settings > Product menu Creating a menu item in the menu bar 1.Right click «Product menu» in the sub structure, click «Create» 2.Enter the name of the menu item as you want it to appear on the site 3.Click «Create» 4.In the Product Category area, choose a category that you wish the menu item to point to. 5.Click Save & Publish Options: Set a date on which you wish the menu item to appear or disappear Use «Save» to save but not publish Use «Preview» to see the item before publishing it

15 Creating a new product (Step 1/3) Step 1: Create media 1.Right click the parent menu item in the sub structure, click «Create». 2.Enter the name of the product or product line which will use the media 3.Select «Product» in the drop down «Choose Media Type» and click «Create» 4.Right click the node you just created. Click «Create» and select either: 1.Image folderImage folder 2.Documentation folderDocumentation folder 3.Accordion folderAccordion folder Can be edited by: Site manager, Editor Main structures: Media Sub structure: Global Product Content -> Category

16 Creating a new product (Step 1/3 - Images) Creating an image folder You have chosen to create an image folder. As you previously created a node for the product, you simply need to name this folder «Images». 1.Click the upload icon: 2.In the dialogue box that appears, you can either Click «Add files» to browse your computer In most browsers, drag-and-drop files from Windows Explorer 3.Click the «Upload» button – files will upload showing a status indicator. Useful tips: Remove image from a specific site by unchecking the site’s language in the images properties Images for product pages are always square, minimum 600x600 px, preferably 1280x1280 px Can be edited by: Site manager, Editor Main structures: Media Sub structure: Global Product Content -> Category -> Product

17 Creating a new product (Step 1/3 - Images) Creating a documentation folder You have chosen to create an image folder. As you previously created a node for the product, you simply need to name this folder «Images». 1.Click the upload icon: 2.In the dialogue box that appears, you can either Click «Add files» to browse your computer In most browsers, drag-and-drop files from Windows Explorer 3.Click the «Upload» button – files will upload showing a status indicator.
