The volume of a three dimensional figure is the measure of the space occupied by it.
It is measured in cubic units such as cubic centimeters (cm3) or cubic inches (in3 ).
The Volume of a Rectangular Prism
The volume V of a rectangular prism is the product of the length L, the width W and the height H.
Formula: V = L × W × H

V = 7cm × 4cm × 10cm
V = 280 cm3
