2. The New Jersey Council of County Colleges is the State Association for New Jersey’s 19 community colleges. The NJ Center for Student Success provides technical assistance to New Jersey’s community colleges on their statewide strategic goals for student success. COMMUNITY COLLEGE COMPLETION CHALLENGE IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY Introduction

3. 3 First state in the nation to program the C4 Initiative at the state level. Weeklong series of campus-based completion events with the goal of facilitating peer to peer conversations on what it means to complete the degree. The New Jersey Council of County Colleges supplies each chapter with $500 in grant funding to offset their programmatic costs. Our goal: engaging students as stakeholders in their own success.
