To download VisualWorks  VisualWorks supports x86 Windows (98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP), Macintosh (OS 9 and OS/X), Solaris, HPUX (10.x, 11.x), AIX 4.x, SGI Irix, COMPAQ True64 Unix (Alpha), and x86 Linux (http://www.cincomsmalltalk.com/CincomSmalltalkWiki/VisualWorks+7+White+Paper)http://www.cincomsmalltalk.com/CincomSmalltalkWiki/VisualWorks+7+White+Paper  Cincom Smalltalk non-commercial is provided for download in one of three ways. We recommend you to download an ISO file which ready to be burned to CD. You have to follow these two steps : 1. Register for downloading 2. Download the software

3. Firstly, go to http://www.cincomsmalltalk.com/scripts/ProductRegistration.ssp Then fill in your information, and then click on Submithttp://www.cincomsmalltalk.com/scripts/ProductRegistration.ssp 12 3

4. After registering, you would have got an email which has a link to download. Then click on the link and use your username and password to login Download link Your username and password

5. Options available for downloading  Net Installer (platform-specific executable -- recommended)  CD-based Installer (ISO file for burning a complete installation CD, suitable for all supported platforms)  Individual Files (choose components and install by hand -- for experienced users)  ObjectStudio Files (choose components and install by hand -- for experienced users)

6. We would recommend you to select n° 2 “CD-based Installer”

7. Select the latest version of VisualWorks

8. To save the “ISO” to your computer for burning a CD 1 2 No matter the name of the directory!
