2  Annunciation › The angel Gabriel announces to Mary that she is going to be the Mother of God.  Visitation › Elizabeth greets Mary when she visits.  The Nativity › Mary gives birth to the baby Jesus.  The Presentation › Mary presents the child Jesus at the temple.  The Finding in the Temple › The Blessed Mother finds Jesus in the temple.

3  Agony in the Garden › At Gethsemane, Jesus prays for the sins of the world.  The Scourging › Jesus is cruelly beaten.  Crowning with Thorns › A crown of thorns is placed on the head of Jesus.  Carrying the Cross › Jesus carries the cross to Calvary.  Crucifixion › Jesus is nailed to the cross and dies after 3 hours of agony.

5  Baptism of Jesus › Jesus came from Galilee to be baptized by John.  Wedding Feast of Cana › Jesus changes the water into wine at the wedding  Announcement of the Kingdom › Jesus preaches the Good News about the Kingdom of God, conversion, and forgiveness of sins  Transfiguration › Jesus changes into the Holy Spirit in front of the Apostles.  First Eucharist (Holy Thursday) › Jesus changes the bread and wine into His Body and Blood.
