Genoa (Genova) Genoa is a very important seaport in northern Italy and the capital of the region of Liguria. In the old harbour we can find the “Aquarium of Genoa”, the second of Europe, and the “Torre della Lanterna” an old lighthouse.

Rome (Roma) Rome is the capital city of Italy. The “Colosseum” is the principal monument of the city and it’s very old and big. St. Peter’s Square is where the Pope lives. Rome is the headquarter of the Government.

Milan (Milano) Milan is the second city of Italy. The “Milan Cathedral” is a big gothic church. The “Theatre of La Scala” is one of the most important theatres in the world.

Turin (Torino) The “Mole Antonelliana” is the symbol of the city. It’s 167,50 metres high. The “Palazzo Madama” is the principal monument where we can find the egyptian museum.

Naples (Napoli) Naples is the main city of South Italy. The principal monument is “Castel Nuovo”, named also “Maschio Angioino”. The “National Archeological Museum” is one of the most important archeological museum of the world. Near its bay there is the Vesuvio an important volcano.

Venice (Venezia) Venice is a very characteristic city located on water. “St. Marco’s Square” is one of the most beautiful squares of Italy.

Bari It is known to be the city where the relics of St. Nicholas lie. The Basilica of “San Nicola di Bari” is a symbol of the city and is situated in the heart of the Old Town
