2 The system primarily distribute supplies needed by different department of a Local Government Unit. Pre-distribute processes include checking requisitions of different department provides supporting documents, check the remaining products and make sure that the items are distributed to the different departments.

3 Transactions Queries  Receives Annual Procurement Plan (APP) (request of different departments for their annual supplies)  Receives and process of the Requisition Issue Slip (RIS)  Receives Property Return Slip (PRS) (return to stock when item has damages or defects)  List of items requested of different departments.  List of items.

4 In flow reports this report concerns all incoming delivery supplies Out flow on the other hand this report focus in all out going and distributed supplies Supplies information this shows everything about the product from quantity up to the supplier/manufacturer. Transfer report it checks when was the supplies been delivered

5 - Bar code technology will eliminate multiple processes and human handling. Accurately tracking inventory will minimize any discrepancies in stocktaking and increase efficiency when order picking. Furthermore, employing handheld scanners to scan barcodes ensures that inventory is correctly identified at the time with minimal data entry errors.
