The Purpose of PA Independent Living Program To make every effort possible to Reduce or eliminate:  Homelessness, poverty, delinquent behavior, non- marital childbirth And to increase:  Employability, high school graduation rates, enrollment in post secondary institutions, successful transition to adulthood.
