Utilities Feature – Filters out invalid numbers from a CSV file. Each mobile number that is put through the utilities feature will cost 1 text credit. Any mobile numbers put through the utilities feature first can be imported into the system free of charge. Add/Import Contacts – Manually add or import contacts. Adding or importing numbers will cost 1 text credit per number, unless filtered through utilities first. If you choose to replace an existing phone number (already added or imported) when importing “All contact types” then you will be charged 1 text credit for each replaced contact. It will cost 1 text credit when import appointment reminders, unless the phone number has been run through the utilities feature, in which case it is free.
