4. ICF will add the site previously occupied by Intervale Compost: two fields totaling about 8 acres of cropland, a parking area, and half of a building. Taken together this will allow ICF to: – Construct a major greenhouse complex, enabling us to offer a 12-month share with fresh greens throughout. – Reduce flood risks to pick-your-own crops by having higher land close enough for PYO. – Improve our administrative, storage, and distribution facilities to support this future growth.
