1 Chandigarh Group of Colleges established in year 2001, CGC has achieved an exponential growth with a steadfast adherence and commitment tour core values that has helped us become one of the largest and finest group of institutions in north India providing technical and professional education. Campus has learning of engineering, Computer Application, Bio-Pharmacy Sciences, Business Management and Hotel Management. Chandigarh Group of Colleges believes in over all growth of a student and giving them maximum exposure to the civil world that’s why we organize a techno culture fest ever year. We are pleased to bring to you PARIVARTAN 2014

2 Every year CGC organizes an extravaganza of colors and energy which lasts for two days and this time its happening on 7 th and 8 th November 2014. The words “Techno Cultural Fest” makes a sincere attempt towards describing PARIVARTAN, but perhaps the word “Celebration "more accurately sums up what PARIVARTAN stands for. Crowd More than 50000, age (18-25 ) come together at PARIVARTAN every year to celebrate. PARIVARTAN 2014 will witness the famous Bollywood singer Arif Lohar who will steel the heart of the whole crowd. Colleges like IIT-Roorkee, IIT-Kanpur,IIT-Ropar, Major NITs, IIM Rohtak, PEC, GNU-Ludhiana, Punjabi University-Patiala Punjab University-Chandigarh participate in some or the other technical, Non-Technical or Cultural events at PARIVARTAN. We follow the tradition to spread the word to inspire the future young professional through theme of the event. PARIVARTAN 2014 event synergize around “Clean India Green India”. PARIVARTAN 2014

Because PARIVARTAN is biggest cultural fest in north India in terms of people participating and Budget. Last year we witnessed over 30,000 people but PARIVARTAN goes beyond numbers. It’s a platform to showcase your product to a massive crowd for effective impact on youth Its brilliant marketing strategy now a day specially in the festive season of the year, as the companies get exposure to young energetic youth which can easily molded customers or future employees. A platform to build the employer brand image, as presence of various professional colleges make this event an opportunity. The size of backdrop alone is 60ft by 12ft. Massive marketing of their product can make a direct impact on their customers and which can lead to word of mouth publicity which is in favor of the up coming companies. We at CGC make sure that PARIVARTAN must play a key role in the way sponsor want to achieve its value for business.

10  The Festival will be named after the Main Sponsor i.e. “CGC Presents PARIVARTAN 2k14 Powered by “. ….“.  All Publications leading to PARIVARTAN (This covers posters, pamphlets, invitations, hoardings and newspaper advertisements) will carry the name and logo of the Main Sponsor.  All posters and banners that form a part of PARIVARTAN 2k14 publicity campaign will carry the name and logo of Main Sponsor.  Allowed to put standee & Flex in campus at specified places  Stay and Food for 4 People.  The Main Sponsor or will be given first choice for branding space on the campus during the festival and the precise location of branding space will be decide on by mutual consent.  Stall (15*15) in the festival for branding purposes. The size and precise position of the stall will be decided on by mutual consent.  Allowed to distribute publicity material in the stall and during the course of events chosen by the Main Sponsor.  The Main Sponsor will be provided 3 volunteers to help out with the publicity efforts of the Main Sponsor during the course of the festival.  Periodic announcement on stage during fest.  4 Complementary passes in VIP enclosure during Rock band & singer evening  The PARIVARTAN website will feature both the banner and profile of the Main Sponsor. Benefits – Main Sponsor ( Amount – 8 Lakh )

11  The Co-Sponsor name and logo will be mentioned in all publications leading up to PARIVARTAN.  All posters and banners that form a part of the PARIVARTAN 2k14 publicity campaign will carry the name and logo of the Co-Sponsor. The Co-Sponsor will feature in the advertisements hoardings and other promotional material for PARIVARTAN.  Stall (10*10) in the festival area for branding purposes.  Stay & Food for 2 people.  Periodic announcement on stage during fest.  2 Complementary passes in VIP enclosure during rock band & singer evening  The Co-Sponsor will be allowed to distribute publicity material in the stall and during the course of events chosen by the Co-Sponsor.  The Co-Sponsor will be provided 2 volunteers to help out with the publicity efforts of the Co-Sponsors during the course of the festival.  The PARIVARTAN website will feature the banner of the Co-Sponsor. Benefits – Co Sponsor ( Amount – 5 Lakh )
