3 Basic details YOUR PRICE INCLUDES: YOUR TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: Return flights between London Heathrow and New York through Delta 5 Nights accommodation on a Room only basis Two single rooms for the group leaders, any additional singles for staff or students will be charged a supplement. Empire State Building Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Return NYC Airport Transfers 24 hour emergency assistance service operated by experienced European Study Tours staff familiar with the details of your tour Food and drink for each day Transportation - Metrocard for a week

4 Payment plan

5 What you will need to pay for yourselves Spending money for souvenirs and clothes – Please be aware that prices displayed in all shops don’t include taxes. Travel to and from Heathrow – We do have the option of hiring a coach at a cost for each person Travel insurance (enquiring about school insurance) Visa/ESTA

6 Accommodation We will be staying in: The Hotel Pennsylvania Single sex rooms (Individual Beds) 3 per room The hotel is centrally located, close to all of the major attractions

7 Requirements – Visas or ESTA All students must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months left on it. You are also required to complete the ESTA programme or obtain a visa in order to travel to the USA. I urge all students to have this process completed by December 21 st 2013. The details of the ESTA programme can be found by visiting: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/esta.html If you require a visa you must visit the US Embassy website at: http://london.usembassy.gov/nonimmigrant-visas.html Please provide evidence of your ESTA to Mr Nijjer.

8 Food  Students will be given an allowance of approximate $75 per day to spend on breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks. Any remaining money will be the students to spend as they wish (within reason)  Food locations will be provided later.  Please let us know of any special dietary requirements.

9 Travel -Transfers to and from New York JFK to the hotel are included -Students are expected to arrange their own transport to the airport and the return. The cost of a return coach journey is ?????? -Whilst in New York we will be travelling via public transport, using a prepaid Metrocard

10 Spending money I would recommend that each student has between £150 and £200 as spending money, depending on what they will be spending money on. The figure quoted above is only a recommendation. If your child is likely to spend money on clothing please budget for this and remember we have a weight limit on luggage!
