1 Bullying Poster Project Learning Target: I can create a program that will reduce bullying at TJH by analyzing student surveys (this seems like a good success criteria thing)

2 Create a Poster to Advertise Your Program and Club Program Title. Slogan: Gets people thinking about stopping bullying. Goal: Write a goal for the Program. What would you like to achieve? Evidence: List 5 pieces of relevant evidence from the data collected in the survey. Put this in a “Did you Know” area on your poster. Analysis: Level 3 reasoned judgment discussing the impact bullying has on the learning environment. Add this to the “Did you Know” area on your poster. Help strategies IN YOUR PROGRAM (put in a “Ways to Help” area on the poster): – 3 ways students, IN YOUR PROGRAM, can help themselves, if they are being bullied. – 3 ways students, IN YOUR PROGRAM, can get help those who are bullied. Prevention strategies ideas IN YOUR PROGRAM: 3 ways bullying, IN YOUR PROGRAM, can be prevented. Put this in a “Prevent Bullying” area on your poster. Two positive/persuasive visuals that support the goal of your group and encourage students to get involved in the program

Ways to Help -3 things to do IN YOUR PROGRAM if you are being bullied -3 things to do IN YOUR PROGRAM to help another being bullied Program Slogan – Write this out in sentence form Program Goal – Write this out in sentence form Prevent Bullying 3 ways bullying IN YOUR PROGRAM can be prevented

4 Poster requirements Logistics and Design Quality production: Poster is clean and neat. Writing can be read from a distance of at least 10 feet. Writing is not traced over pencil. Writing cannot be printed off and pasted to poster. Different areas of poster are clear and don’t run into each other. Limited titles on poster. Colorful and engaging.
