Phase III Capital Construction Bond Measure Authorize the District to sell an additional $450 million in capital bonds to rebuild older facilities and add capacity for growth: Rebuilding 5 Elementary Schools – Bennett, Clyde Hill, Enatai, Puesta del Sol, and Stevenson Rebuilding 1 Middle School – Highland MS Remodeling International and Big Picture Schools Adding capacity to overcrowded schools – Newport HS & Woodridge Elementary Building two new schools Phase I (2002) and Phase II (2008) measures funded the rebuilding 11 of 16 elementary schools; 4 of 5 middle schools and all 4 comprehensive high schools. 8
