6. Conclusions NameRecorder is a useful app that users are more likely to resort to than PronounceNames when they need to get the correct pronunciation of a foreign friend’s name timely. (>80%) NameRecorder provides users better help than PronounceNames with exact pronunciation of a foreign friend’s name (58.86% of the names have audio in PronounceNames and 32.64% of the names in PronounceNames have different pronunciation from the audio recorded in NameRecorder) NameRecorder is easier for users to use (>90%) Users are more satisfied with NameRecorder (>97.5%) NameRecorder can promote friendship
