3. God created … DAY 4 – Sun & Moon DAY 5 – Fish & Birds DAY 6 – Animals on dry land (cows, lions, giraffe, zebras…)

4. DAY 6 - God created Adam He took dust from the ground, and breathed into his face … Adam came to life! God gave Adam authority over all creations

5. DAY 6 - Adam was lonely, God wanted to find him a friend After God made Adam sleep, He took 1 of his ribs and created Eve Adam & Eve were very happy to be with God in the Garden of Eden DAY 7 – God rested! God Created Adam & Eve

6. “So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” Genesis 1:27 God Created Adam & Eve

7. Can any living thing exist on its own? Nothing comes to life without God creating it What does it mean to be created in the IMAGE of God? We are created to be good and pure from sins … to reflect God’s goodness and holiness God Created Adam & Eve

8. What does it mean that God created us? - We belong to God - We are His children - He loves His children so much, He died for us on the Cross! If all are created in God’s image, how should we treat everyone? - With love & respect! God Created Adam & Eve

9. Lord Jesus Pray We PRAY because... Our Lord Jesus taught us to Pray! Please remember your A - B - C - D - E... + Pray A FTER (school, wake-up, getting a blessing, …) + Pray B EFORE (starting the day, meals, activity, bedtime) + Pray C ONTINUOUSLY (all the time) + Pray D URING (the day – Jesus prayer) + Pray for E VERYONE (family, friends, those who hurt us)
