+ What goods and services will I provide? I am providing people with personalized smart phone covers. Customers send me their personal photos or artwork in a digital format and I would than transport the image onto a phone case

+ Where is my business located and why is it there? It is an online business that I am able manage from my home computer. It is located there because don’t need a physical storefront store front this type of business. It is a digital proses so people send the image they want for their iPhone case through the internet. Then I would then be able to print the image onto the insert. This way I don’t have to rent on a storefront I just have to pay hosting fees which is less expensive.
4
+ Why will I get customers? Is this a need or want item or both? People like to decorate their phones People are always buying new phones and need covers for them It is a way for people to receive unique, one of a kind cases I think that is both a need and a want. People “need” phone cases to protect their phones. On the other hand it is a “want” item because it a custom and more costly phone case then you would find at just any phone store.
5
+ What will I do that my competitors can’t? I will offer really good customer service Lower prices then other companies Online punch card

+ Labor and natural resources I don’t use any natural resource This is an on-line business so I would work out of a studio at home and I don't need employees at this time. If the business were to takes off then I may need to hire workers, but I wouldn't need to hire anyone until then
