6 Some Typical Terms Upfront is the out of pocket NUS has paid for IP protection. Royalty rates to be negotiated (typically 1 to 5% net sales); Sublicensing at 20% to 80%. Minimum royalty payments to be considered Standard NUS confidentiality, indemnity and warranty terms Performance clauses based on business plans of the company Termination for cause only.
