12. Property Rentals Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy:
All reservations are required and advanced deposit of the entire stay plus 10% tax and a cleaning fee to secure your reservation.
Rates are per night. All secured reservations are subject to our cancellation policy.
A two night minimum is required for Fridays and Saturdays.
Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee.
If the reservation is canceled between 10 and 30 days prior of arrival, guests forfeits 50% of the initial deposit.
If the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the arrival, the entire deposit is forfeited.
