4. Completed proposals must be in OSRP at least two business days prior to the deadline to guarantee submission

14. Consortium Costs/Subcontracts When a portion of the project takes place at another institution and involves programmatic, fiscal and administrative arrangements at the other institution. 18. What needs to come through OSRP? All sponsored research and sponsored projects must be routing through the Office of Sponsored Research and Programs (OSRP), whether the sponsor is a federal or non-federal entity. Per IIT policy, only the Authorized Institutional Official (AIO) can bind the University. The AIO is located in the OSRP office.
