2 What is communication Communication is the activity of conveying information through the exchange of thoughts, messages, or information us by speech, visuals, signals, writing, or behavior. પ્રત્યાયન એ બે કે વધુ વ્યક્તિઓ વચ્ચેની આંતરક્રિયા છે દ્વિમાર્ગી વ્યવહાર છે. સંદેશો મોકલનાર અને સંદેશો પ્રાપ્ત કરનાર બંને વ્યક્તિઓ સંકેત, સંજ્ઞા અને ભાષાથી પરિચિત હોય તો જ પ્રત્યાયન શક્ય બને છે.

17 તાલીમના સંદર્ભમાં પ્રત્યાયનના દસ સફળ સૂત્રો પ્રત્યાયન કરતા પહેલા તેના વિશેના હેતુઓ અને વિચારો સ્પષ્ટ કરી દો. પ્રત્યાયનનો શુદ્ધ ધ્યેય કયો છે તે તપાસી લો. માનવીય અને ભૌતિક વાતાવરણ ધ્યાનમાં લો. પ્રત્યાયનના આયોજન સંદર્ભે જરૂર જણાય ત્યારે અન્ય વ્યક્તિઓની સલાહ લો. સંદેશાઓના પાયાના વિષયવસ્તુ અને અવાજની ક્ષમતા / મર્યાદા વિષે સભાન બનો. જયારે શક્ય બને ત્યારે માહિતીની વહેંચણી કરતા રહો. પ્રત્યાયનનું ફોલો - અપ કરતા રહો. પ્રત્યાયન કરતી વખતે વર્તમાન તથા ભવિષ્ય અને ભૂતકાળને ધ્યાન પર લો. શબ્દોને ઉચ્ચારણ અને સાબિતિઓનો આધાર આપો. સારા શ્રોતા બની રહો.
