HR webpage has links to wellness type sites that generally discuss this issue. However, we ran out the first day Health Fair which may include flu shots Hand washing is one of the NPSG that we are focused on. Free vaccines to employees covered by health care, others offered vaccines at cost Free flu vaccines if they become available (our provider is waiting for their shipment). Employees are encouraged not to wait but obtain shots wherever they can. Flu vaccines offered to employees at no charge also offered to their family members at a cost of $12 Flu vaccines offered through insurance benefits Flu vaccine is mandatory to all employees and non-employee workforce during flu season. Flu shots are free to those on our health care plan, others can get one for a nominal fee. Employees pay $5.00 for a flu shot; provided the nurse is available to come as scheduled. We understand there might be a shortage of vaccine again. Employees paid a small portion of the cost. Coverage of flu shots in medical insurance Clorox wipes are available for use Bird Flu vaccine to Management frequently traveling to high risk areas Allowing employees to go get the flu shot without deducting PTO
