to learn what life in another country is like, to learn the things that children in other countries learn, to learn about the festivals people in other countries celebrate, about their traditions and everyday life, to realize that though the language, religion and lifestyle are absolutely different we still can understand each other very well, to learn more about other cultures and traditions.

12 This summer's project with be in Dehradun, India.  Dates are tentatively set for May 14 to June 21.   Objectives for the Cross-Cultural Project are:  1. Expose students to overseas missions.  2. Train them in full-time campus ministry.  3. Serve full-time missionaries by reaching students for them to evangelize and follow-up. They learn a lot of interesting things about their lifestyles, cultures and religions. Children go to international schools. Every day they mix with children who have different religions, cultures and lifestyles. Children take part in cross-cultural projects. They communicate with one another by sharing different stories and experiences. They also take part in different activities. Any cross-cultural communication helps children from different countries: to know what life is like in different countries; to learn more about other cultures, lifestyles and traditions; to understand how big the world is and how many people live on the planet we call home; to understand that we are all different and at that same time we are much alike.
