2. GYMNASTICS On Monday mornings and afternoons Mrs Tuddenham, a former P.E teacher from Garibaldi, comes down to teach gymnastics to key stage 2 (year 3,4,5 and 6.) After Christmas she will move on to teach key stage 1 as key stage 2 will move onto something else. 3. AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS We have football cub, basketball club and in the summer we have running club. We would like as many children to attend our clubs as possible. We also have a team for these clubs. Our football team is going well and our basketball team hasn`t been in action yet though. From January we will have a bench ball club. 4. MANSFIELD TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB COMING DOWN. Earlier this year, Mansfield town came down to test our skills in a penalty shoot out. One keeper went in net while the rest of us took 5 penalties against him. In year 6 a boy named Kyle Gooderham won scoring 5 goals. In year 5 it was closer as 4 young lads with the names of Liam Cartledge, Ethan Duckmanton, Tai Clayton and our very own writer me. Ethan won overall. We met these players too. 5. STAGS VS WYCOMBE On the 25 th of January 9 lucky boys will be going to the above football match. These boys will watch the match and at half time go on the pitch to play a 9 a side match. These boys are, Finley Cochrane(me), Tai Clayton, Joe Moore, Ethan Duckmanton, Declan Stone, Jake McIlvenna, Jake Sweeney, Charley Strouther and Lucas Shaw. On the 25 th of January 9 lucky boys will be going to the above football match. These boys will watch the match and at half time go on the pitch to play a 9 a side match.
