4. Getting Ready to Submit the Minimum Dataset EXAMPLE #1 Your billing company/software vendor is an established AQI Preferred Vendor. AQI Preferred Vendors have already worked with AQI to develop an extract to submit data to the registry. 1.Verify your vendor’s status by accessing a list of AQI Preferred Vendors at www.aqihq.org/preferred-vendors.aspx.www.aqihq.org/preferred-vendors.aspx 2.Contact your AQI Preferred Vendor about submitting a test file (one month of data) to the registry. 3.Test files are reviewed to ensure the data meets with AQI specifications – lead time 10 business days. 4.AQI will request a production file if specs are met; feedback will be provided when specs have not been met. 5.AQI requests monthly uploads via an ftp assigned login. © 2015 AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANESTHESIOLOGISTS.4
