FIBERGLASS BLANKETS and FABRICS MATERIAL ACOUSTICAL MATERIAL

FIBERGLASS BLANKET MATERIAL combine absorption and barrier material for use in areas that require tough, flexible materials and provide a surface that can be wiped clean This lightweight, semi-flexible, easy-to-handle material is a vinyl coated, grey colored fiberglass facing cloth, quilted to a supporting 2 lb./cu. ft. density fiberglass. This durable vinyl-coated fiberglass facing resists oils, grease, moisture, mild acids and alkalis, dirt, dust and salt atmospheres. Facing can be steam cleaned or washed with common industrial cleaners.

Single Face Blanket Single Face Blanket helps control reverberant energy and handles tough noise problems. This quilted fiberglass material is available in standard panels or in rolls for fabrication in the field. Construction: 1” thick, 2 lb./cu.ft density fiberglass batting, quilted layer of aluminum-vinyl coated fiberglass facing material with scrim backing. All panels have standard brass grommets 12" O.C. on top hanging side. Standard panels are available in widths up to 4' and in standard heights of 4', 6', 8' and 10'.

Roll Size: 48” wide, 50 ft. long. Unbound Edges Flame Resistance: Class 1 rated per ASTM E84-70: Flame spread: 5.0 Fuel Contributed: 20.00 Smoke Developed: 5.0 Chemical Resistivity: Resists oils, grease, moisture, mild acids and alkalis, dirt, dust, and salt atmospheres. Facing can be steam cleaned or washed with common industrial cleaners. Temperature Limits: Service range of -20° to 180°F (continuous).

Double Faced Blanket Double Faced Blanket controls reverberant energy and handles tough noise problems. This material is available in standard panels or in rolls for fabrication in the field. Construction: Two layers of 1” thick, 2 lb./cu.ft density fiberglass batting, quilted between two layers of aluminum-vinyl coated fiberglass facing material. All panels have standard brass grommets 12" O.C. on top hanging side.

Standard panels are available in widths up to 4' and in standard heights of 4', 6', 8' and 10'. Roll Size: 48” wide, 25 ft. long. Bound Edges Flame Resistance: Class 1 rated per ASTM E84-70: Flame spread: 5.0 Fuel Contributed: 20.00 Smoke Developed: 5.0

Chemical Resistivity: Resists oils, grease, moisture, mild acids and alkalis, dirt, dust, and salt atmospheres. Facing can be steam cleaned or washed with common industrial cleaners. Temperature Limits: Service range of -20° to 180°F (continuous).

Double Faced Barrier Blanket Double Faced Barrier Blanket combines Block Aid sound blocking material with absorption to control reverberant energy and handle tough noise problems. Use this material as a semi-flexible barrier enclosure to create sound proof areas. This quilted fiberglass material is available in standard panels or in rolls for fabrication in the field. Construction: Two layers of 1” thick, 2 lb./cu.ft density fiberglass batting, quilted between two layers of aluminum-vinyl coated fiberglass facing material. Contains 1 lb./sq.ft. BlockAid vinyl barrier septum. All panels have standard brass grommets 12" O.C. on top hanging side.

Standard panels are available in widths up to 4' and in standard heights of 4', 6', 8' and 10'. Roll Size: 48” wide, 25 ft. long.
