1 Position Opening Job Classification: Sales Coordinator Opening Date: 7/28/2015 Location: Chaparral Closing Date: 8/11/2015 Paygrade: Exempt Grade 5, $36,036+ DOE Mission & Values Our Mission – Creating opportunities and solutions with quality products and exceptional people Our Values – Profitability the right way… Integrity, Accountability, Excellence PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION Coordinate every aspect of establishing and maintaining new and existing accounts and sales records, reporting directly to the Arizona Sales Manager and indirect reporting to the Order Management/Administrative Manager. This position provides support for the Sales Team, Technical Services, Operations, Executives, and other personnel in coordinating product sales, various reports, maintaining files, mailings, and special projects. Independent judgment, resourcefulness and attention to detail are required in this fast paced position to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload. Essential Requirements: Able to perform repetitious motions with arms and hands Sit for long periods of time Required and predictable attendance Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with employees and customers, record keeping, and documentation Prior experience using Command, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar billing programs or equivalent experience and/or education preferred Strong initiative and problem solving skills Attention to detail Advanced math skills with the ability to calculate discounts, pricing, and fees File numerically and alphabetically Work with a high degree of confidentiality Support upper level management with varied and time-is-of-the essence tasks as needed Minimum of intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Proficient in Pivot Table and Page Setup functions in Microsoft Excel, organizing large amounts of data, and the Mail Merge function in Microsoft Word Able to prioritize work load and function under pressure when working with numerous staff and tasks Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner Maintain valid driver license and able to travel, when necessary, to customer, and SRMG operations sites Dependable, accountable, self-motivated, and a quick learner to be able to intuitively analyze information for accuracy Able to work a flexible schedule which may include work times outside of regular business hours

2 Position Opening Job Classification: Sales Coordinator Opening Date: 7/28/2015 Location: Chaparral Closing Date: 8/11/2015 Paygrade: Exempt Grade 5, $36,036+ DOE Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Credit department to ensure proper account set up in the billing system Create and maintain files, notifying appropriate personnel of new customers/orders Input data into the company billing system; set up customer accounts and orders, maintain orders as needed for product movements, product changes, freight changes, price changes, tax changes, etc. This includes changing high volumes of projects/orders at one time, and maintaining/updating billing system procedures as needed Field unsolicited sales calls and forward to appropriate sales or technical personnel Assist Sales/Marketing staff with collecting relevant sales and marketing information, creating and maintaining files and generating reports with the information Maintain freight rates and fuel surcharge files for trucking/rail vendors; collect freight rates and fuel surcharges, update rates in the freight payable system and billing system, update and distribute freight rate/fuel surcharge reports to operations and other personnel Create and maintain mailing lists and contact information for the Sales/Marketing team: coordinate mail merges and mass mailings which include notification letters, holiday cards, special events, etc. Develop and distribute sales reports and forecasts specific to sales and marketing needs including reports that are not yet available on the company intranet. Coordinate Direct Sale project reporting; to include paperwork distribution and collection, account and order setup and update Direct Sales Reports Support the Sales/Marketing staff in creating and distributing letters, faxes, copies, reports, presentations and provide customer information as requested Maintain state and local sales tax files; become knowledgeable of state and local tax regulations, maintain customer tax exemptions and request updates as needed Maintain and update written procedures for duties and responsibilities of the Sale Coordinator position Assist with requests for test reports, mill certifications, certification letters and SDS documents Participate in industry association activities (membership meetings, seminars, trade shows, etc.) such as ACI, ARPA, AMG, and others as directed Understand and follow company policies and procedures including safety guidelines Any other assigned work incidental to this classification Internal Applicants - Apply online@ MySRMG/Human Resources/ HR Forms complete an Internal Transfer Application and send to dpeters@srmaterials.comdpeters@srmaterials.com or fax 480-850-4317 External Applicants, please complete an application online at www.srmaterials.com or fax your completed application to 480-850-4317.www.srmaterials.com Salt River Materials Group (SRMG) is the commercial trade name for marketing activities of Phoenix Cement Company and Salt River Sand and Rock.
