5. Friday, November 22, 1963 Kennedy arrives in Dallas, TX to drum up support for the 1964 Presidential Election. Presidential motorcade leaves Love Field and travels to the Dallas Trade Market. Motorcade slows through Dealy Plaza……

8. Something happened on the way to that place…….. Just before 12:30 pm the motorcade slows to make the corner from Houston St. on to Elm St. Motorcade is accelerating from 9 mph to about 25 mph. Three shots ring out in the plaza……… JFK is fatally shot. Texas Governor John Connally is also injured. Motorcade proceeds to Parkland Hospital in Dallas.

11. Kennedy is Declared Dead JFK is officially declared dead at 1:33 pm Central Standard Time. JFK’s Body is taken to Air Force One at 2:00 pm Central Standard Time. Autopsy is performed Friday evening at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland.
