2 CHILD LABOUR The term child labour, suggests ILO,[23] is best defined as work that deprives children of their childhood, their potential and their dignity, and that is harmful to physical and mental development.

3 CHILD LABOUR IN PAKISTAN
Child labour in Pakistan is the employment of children for work in Pakistan, leading to mental, physical, moral and social harm. 11 million children were working in the country, half of those under the age of ten. It was estimated that one quarter of the country’s work force was made up of child labourers.

4 CHILD LABOUR IN INDIA In 2001, out of 12.6 million child workers, about 120,000 children in India were in a hazardous job. It refers to work that is mentally, physically, socially or morally dangerous and harmful to children.

5 CHILD LABOUR IN SRILANKA
Serious issues exist with regard to the gap between 14 years and 18 years, during which many children are either trafficked or enter the hazardous labour sector, the effects of which can be harmful to their health, morals and safety.

6 HOW TO STOP CHILD LABOUR
We should help the poor people or give their children free education. We can also form a NGO with some other people so help that we can help the poor chidren.
