4. Hot foil stamping machines
Application : Cosmetics & personal care
STM-150-CS+
for hot foil stamping on non-circular and circular caps and closures
This machine is specially designed for oval and other non-circular and circular caps. It is a high speed machine (upto 3600 uph) which can be offered with complete automation, CE conformity and state-of-the-art control systems.
STM-500-R
This machine does hot foil stamping on round caps and closures with max. 60mm dia. This is a semi-automatic machine with manual loading and unloading of articles.

5. Application : PP/PET/HDPE bottles, pails and other Household products
STM-300-RN (Heat transfer machine)
For printing on larger diameters upto 300mm, we can offer roll-on type of stamping machine model: STM-300-RN. This machine is useful printing on PET/PP/HDPE Bottles, Pails and other cylindrical articles.

7. Screen Printing Machine SP-350-FR – for printing on round and flat objects.
This is a single color and versatile machine suitable for many applications and the machine is available with variety of attachments. The standard machine is suitable for flat screen printing on articles like cosmetic containers, tooth brushes, trays, tags, picture frames, pen boxes, front plates, awards, thermoformed articles, plastic sign boards, lamps, automotive parts, Frisbee, balls and many other plastic, metal, leather, wooden and rubber articles.
With the round attachment, printing on articles like perfume bottles, liquor and wines caps can be done.

8. Tube Capping Machine, CP-60
For putting screw-on and push fit caps on cosmetic tubes
This a versatile machine for putting screw-on and push fit flip-top caps on the tubes. The capping head is designed in such a way that head can function for both the applications. The machine has a 12-station servo driven indexing table with station to perform the capping function.

9. Lacquer and Label Machine LL-60
LL-60 is unique in its application as it is the first time that a machine with lacquering and labeling application on tubes is offered.
This compact machine is developed for high speed label applications and can apply paper, PVC, opaque and transparent labels.
The various operations that are possible on this unique machine are flame / corona treatment, UV lacquering, UV curing and label application.
