Real Estate Student Clubs Undergraduate Real Estate Club The Club is open to all students at CU who are interested in real estate and includes freshmen through seniors. The Club meets twice monthly in the evenings and there are generally 30-35 students at each meeting. Industry professionals speak at the Club meetings: architects, developers, citizens advisory board members, lenders, etc. 8/7/2015

The research is published in top-tier academic real estate publications including Real Estate Economics amd Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics. Research topics include: Understanding commercial real estate investments Developing price indices for commercial properties Modeling the determinants of capital expenditure decisions
