6 EMERGENCY PLAN  Contents:  All inclusive program covering any type of emergency for the facility.  Separate Business Continuity Plan which picks up where the Emergency Plan stops.

7 INTEGRATION WITH OTHER PLANS  Integration with Process Safety Management (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119, “Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous & Explosive Chemicals”).  Education for all employees, temporary workers, visitors, and contractors on site emergency plans and hazards  Site tours and information sharing with all local Fire Departments and Emergency Response Groups  Provision of plan, safety data sheets, maps, and critical information for the facility. Signed agreements are kept on file at the plant.  Meetings to review plan changes allows information sharing

8 MONITORING  Weather Radios  Emergency Notification Alerts Monitor 24-7/365 and information is provided to employees through postings, TV Monitors, and email.

12 TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES  Annual Education  One Minute Lessons and Safety Talks given to departments by Safety Team Members  Restroom Postings  Communication Centers and Plant Postings  Training for Team Members

13 INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS  Access to plans on the Intranet and ConNext as well as printed copies  ConNext, Continental’s Social Media Platform, allows us to share information world- wide with over 164,000 employees in 6 divisions located at 265 sites in 46 countries.  Corporate EHS Sharepoint Sites and Meetings allow for access to other plan ideas for continual improvement.
