4.  Pair up with a partner  Choose who will be the interviewee and who will be the interviewer.  You will need your resume from Week #5.  Use the list of questions in your packet. When you are done with them all, score your partner. On Thursday you will switch roles.  Give your partner their score sheet when you’re done interviewing them.

5.  What was the hardest part of being the interviewer? The interviewee?  What types of feedback can you give to the group about what to avoid during an interview?  What were some positive things you saw?  How has today’s exercise helped you to prepare for a job interview?
