Parents too soon.. Teen parents often called “Children raising children”. Teen years are the time to finish high school, learn workplace skills, attend higher education or the military, plan for a career and explore life’s possibilities. Most teen still need time to develop the skills and qualities they will need to be capable, caring adults, and parents.
