Many of students are interested in physical health and obesity issues in Public health. I will teach thematic analysis techniques. Information will be used to help inform primary research which is being carried in the food deserts of [name of city]. I am currently preparing for my [ ] research, in which I am planning to focus on the cheese industry. I am interested in all players, large and small, who contribute to this industry and the supply-chain which connects farms to consumers. My research interest is centred around the issue of energy. I am very interested to know more about the efforts of farmers, retailers, in adapting their businesses to reduce energy consumption.

I am currently conducting a qualitative study on one dieting group in the UK, looking particularly at the use of religious and theological motifs within the diet group. My field of research is the relationship between supermarkets and suppliers in the UK and in Chile, in connection to competition policy issues. I am focusing on consumer behaviour with regard to labeled products with an ethical, sustainability, or environmental background.
