3 PUTTING YOUR BIBLIOGRAPHY TOGETHER… ALPHABETIZE the list of your resources Title the bibliography page WORKS CITED Double space the list Indent the second line & following of each source cited (five spaces or use tab key)

4 ENCYCLOPEDIA (General): Author of article Last Name, First Name (if author listed). “Title of article.” Name of Encyclopedia. Copyright date. TRY ON YOUR OWN… Here’s an encyclopedia article, from the World Book Encyclopedia called “Scotland.” The author’s name listed is A.S. Mather. The World Book Encyclopedia is copyrighted 2000. CREATE THE CITATION!

You can get most of the information you need from the cover. Also know that the publisher is “Little, Brown, and Company,” the copyright date is 1998, and the city of publication is New York. CREATE THE CITATION!
