The Law of God - Ten Words - Decalogue – Ten Commandments The Law of Moses - Book of the Law - Book of the Covenant Getting a Kingdoms Perspective Pt3 Law Of the Kingdom

A.The Law of God Ten Commandments/Law of God (Constitution) - David - The law of the L ORD is perfect, converting the soul (Ps 19:7) - Jesus - Do not think that I came to destroy the Law…but fulfill it (Matt 5:17) - Paul - Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping the commandments of God is what matters (I Co 7:19) Getting a Kingdoms Perspective Pt3 Law Of the Kingdom

Works of the Law – Heb 10:1-7 For the law, having a _ shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, _ can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect. _ 2 _ For then would they not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers, once __ purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins. _ 3 _ But in those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year. _ 4 _ For _ it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins. Christ’s Death Fulfills God’s Will 5 Therefore, when He came into the world, He said: Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, But a body You have prepared for Me. 6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You had no pleasure. 7 Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come— In the volume of the book it is written of Me— To do Your will, O God.’ ” Getting a Kingdoms Perspective Pt3 Law Of the Kingdom

Law of God – Matt 22:24-40 34 _ But when the Pharisees heard that He had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. _ 35 _ Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, _ 36 _ “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” Jesus said to him, _ ‘You shall love the L ORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ _ 38 _ This is the first and great commandment. _ 39 _ And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ _ 40 _ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” Getting a Kingdoms Perspective Pt3 Law Of the Kingdom

A New LAW:Love The Law of Christ Getting a Kingdoms Perspective Pt3 Law Of the Kingdom

I John 4:20-5:3 ‍ 20‍ If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? ‍21‍ And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also. 5Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him. ‍2‍ By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. ‍3‍ For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome Getting a Kingdoms Perspective Pt3 Law Of the Kingdom
