Viola was known as the “ teacher”. She taught actors very important exercises. There are a lot of famous quotes by her such as……… Through spontaneity we are re-formed into ourselves. It creates an explosion that for the moment frees us from handed-down frames of reference, memory choked with old facts and information and undigested theories and techniques of other people's findings. Spontaneity is the moment of personal freedom when we are faced with reality, and see it, explore it and act accordingly. In this reality the bits and pieces of ourselves function as an organic whole. It is the time of discovery, of experiencing, of creative expression. ~ Viola Spolin~

I have learned so much from Viola spolin. I’ve learned that she was most famous for her actor exercises. Plus she wrote her own book and she never gave up on becoming a actress. To me that means a lot because I my self would like to be an actress and a musician and sing. That is my dream one day. That’s why I enjoy my class and Viola Spolin has been a big part in my life I have seen her plays exercises and I am truly moved by it. I hope that I one day can be like Viola Spooling and be a actress and a singer in the feature. That is my feature goal.
