Creation of a SuperUser group to share good practice, solve shared problems in-house, improve clinical opinion of the system and move towards standardised process
eReferrals in Physiotherapy halving the administrative time for each referral from a GP
Roll out of paper-light services at WGH and now on to SJH
Representation for Lothian AHPs in InterSystems Clinical Strategy Group (only AHP in the group)
Involvement in local and national networks to ensure we are in line with national standards and can promote our successes
