3 Implied power what are they? 3 Implied Powers: In the united states, are those powers authorized by a document (from the constitution) which, while not stated, seem to be implied by powers expressly stated. when George Washington asked Alexander Hamilton to defend the constitutionality of the First Bank of the United States against the protest.

4 Enumerated Powers 4 The enumerated powers are a list of items found in article 1, section 8 of the Us constitution that set forth the authoritative capacity of congress. In summery, congress may exercise the powers that the constitution grants it subject to explicit restriction in the bill of rights and other protections the constitution, the tenth amendment states “the powers not delegated to the United States by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”

5 Articles of Confederation 5 The national congress limited power was especially clear when it come to money issues, not surprisingly, given that the revolution caused had centered on opposition to unfair taxes the central government had no power to raises its own revenues through taxation.

6 Federalist papers 6 The federalist papers are series of 85 articles and essays written by alexander Hamilton, James Madison and John Jay promoting the ratification of the United States constitution. Seventy seven were published serially in the independent journal and The New York packet between October of 1787 and August 1788. Alexander Hamilton (51 articles: No. 1,6-9,11-13,15-17,21-36,59-61 and 65- 85) James Madison(26 articles: No. 10,14,37-58 and 62-63) John Jay(5 articles: No. 2-5 and 64) No.18-20 were then result of collaboration between Madison and Hamilton.

7 How did they affect the us constitution? 7 The federalist papers was written to support the ratification of the constitution, specifically in New York. Whether they succeeded in this mission is questionable, separate ratification proceeding took place in each states had the essays were not reliably reprinted outside of New York. The Articles of Confederation were written and showed the weakness of the our form of government. Eventually, it was realized that they had to be rewritten which lead to the creation of the US Constitution.

8 8 What do you know about US constitution? The US constitution is the supreme law of the United States of America the constitution, originally comprising seven articles, delineates the national frame of government. How do you learn it? I search in Wikipedia, constitutionus.com and History.com I found there the information of enumerated powers and implied powers and in Wikipedia I found the federalist papers. What evidence do you have to prove you learn it? I read all the information an then i write in my notebook the most important and i search pictures of the information and I putted in the slide How did you complete your project? I search all the information of the project and I look in some pages but I only use three I get the information and put in the slides then I put some pictures in the slide and then I check all the project.
