Actual development model is NO MORE SUSTAINABLE Western/Developed Countries are exciding in consuming resources Along the last 10 years (and with an unexpected progression during the last few ones) world wide financial flows seem to have inverted the route; at the beginning were BRIC Countries leading the new wave; today new comers are raising (Turkey, South Africa, S.Korea,..) Emerging Countries (nowadays well emerged!) in spite having moved/attracted huge resources, will generate new further & deeper changes; in facts richness pro-capita is still poor compared to Western Countries one and its distribution is far to be homogeneous Financial flows so far seem welfare driven; they move, as per an osmotic phenomenon, towards those Countries with less restrictions in, ei, Labour & Environmental matters M.DOnofrio – Confindustria Veneto - Cà Foscari, Venice, June 08, 2012 4

6. Actual new models & protocols proposed by Western Countries like Kyoto Convention Reach Regulation Iso 14001 reside on economical starting bases very difficult to protect & maintain. The challenge is to let Emerging Countries accept these best practices. Developped Countries cannot jet play the referee role because in «suspicion» conflict of interest.
