5 My Reasoning  You as a student are the only one that controls whether or not you benefit from this class. Effort to learn and take responsibility for your actions = fluency level.

7 My Reasoning  Positivity is a huge factor in the morale of the class  Influences how much fun you have learning and how fluent you become encouraging each other to create a community, not just a classroom
