4 Indirect Object Pronouns: Le, Les
Le - to / for him (él), to / for her (ella), to / for you (usted) Les- to / for them, to / for you plural (ustedes) Le voy a regalar un collar a mi abuela. I’m going to give a necklace to my grandmother. In the sentence, Le is placed before the first verb voy. Voy is conjugated in the form of the subject(yo), the person who is going to give. Le is the pronoun, standing for the abuela, the indirect object; to whom the necklace is given. So Le is the indirect object pronoun.

9 Telling what material something is made from.
To say one item is made of a material = Es de + material. To say some items are made of a material = Son de + material. Common materials de seda- (of) silk de cuero- (of) leather de algodón- (of) cotton de lana- (of) wool Patterns de cuadros- checkered or plaid de rayas- striped
