4. Directors of Training Finding and gathering training material Providing delegates with strategies to succeed Leading Grade 10-12 training prior to CHAMUN Leading specific training until the end of the year Informing the delegates of school based strategies I.e. how Upper Canada College competes

5. General Assembly Director Finding and gathering GA related training material Answer all GA related questions Leading GA specific training after CHAMUN Providing GA delegates will mock sessions including world issues: Terrorism, world health, etc. Preferred Must have experience of at least 1 GA conference

6. Specialized Agency Director Finding and gathering SA related training material Answer all SA related questions Leading SA specific training after CHAMUN Providing SA delegates with historical information The Russian Revolution, World War I, the Rwanda Genocide, etc. Preferred Must have experience of at least 1 SA conference Must be knowledgeable of historical events

7. Chargé d’Affaires Advertising MUN to the FX student body Videos, announcements, etc. Attracting new members: Information meeting/Grade 9 Orientation day Creation of the FXMUN logo and branding materials Coordination of club merchandise Pins, sweaters, etc. Coordination and implementation of MUN fundraisers Finding new opportunities for MUN delegates New conferences, workshops, etc.

8. Chief of Operations The maintenance of the FXMUN social media accounts Emailing MUN students of important updates Taking minutes of meeting, Secretariat and general meetings The recording of attendance of the Secretariat and member delegates The distribution of the FXMUN newsletters after every conference Assisting with the meetings in anyway possible
