He would assign the work – Among SAs for mail agency / bag receipt desk, bag opening desk, sorting, bag closing desk and bag despatch desk. – among MTS officials also.

7 Duty Allocation Duties can be allotted by the Supervisor to each designation – For example, if a Sorting Asst. is allotted with the work of only bag receipt and bag opening work, it can be done so that he can not other operations like bag closing, bag despatching etc.

45 Responsibilities Entire set / shift (SAs & MTS Officials) would be collectively responsible for any unexplained variation in the abstract It would be collective responsibility of the entire set / shift for the safety of speed post articles Each official is responsible for safety, security and cleanliness of the hardware & equipments used by them. In case of any technical issues, seek the help of System Administrator Run the Speednet communication at regular intervals
